Area52 Cafe — Restaurant in Melbourne

Came to the foodstore at 10.50 on friday for coffee only.By 11.30 some of us had just been served while a few that still had not couldnt wait any longer and cancelled it..We sat in the courtyard which has numbered tables that the waitress obviously didnt note when taking orders as she walked up and down asking each table if it was their order every time she came out with something. There was only 2 young girls running the place aside from 1 person in the kitchen so perhaps not being staffed enough was the issue. Unfortunately this wasnt the right place as 40 mins. is way...

Nice little find in a pretty busy part of this area. Friendly, efficient service, coffee and food were really nice. Unsure if it was just me but I couldn't stop coughing while sitting out the back. Lots of dust in the air so maybe it was pollen? No idea but it stopped as soon as we left. Dog friendly is a great feature and the large back area is well setup for our furry friends. Exceptional service... really have to mention that first off. Such lovely people working here. Came here with my grandmother who has dementia for lunch and they were very kind and accommodating. Food was fresh, large serving sizes and great prices. So many cafes in this area but this is one to keep as a regular for sure. Don't just drive past, heaps of seating out the back in the garden also. Definitely worth...
