The service fell significantly below the expected standard; the staff displayed a disrespectful disregard for their duties. Observing interactions with other customers, as well as my own, it’s evident that this establishment is the last place they’d choose to be, as their behavior towards customers is best characterized as passive-aggressive.
The sticker promoting “support local businesses” seems incredibly ironic in this context, as it disregards the fact that customers enable the business to profit. May this serve as a reminder to staff that their service directly affects their earnings‼️
This pattern seems visible from top management as well; the gentleman of Asian descent appeared particularly rude.
Now, onto the food: I had hoped it would redeem the horrible customer service, but unfortunately not. The mixed meat HSP was a complete disaster, lacking flavor and featuring poor-quality meat. For a $17 price tag, one would expect a certain level of quality. He then asked me to wait outside if I order , to which I replied I was going to anyways, but now I’m not going to order as You are rude and arrogant, such a little man shouldn’t be so aggressive, I also slipped in a F.U to which I shouldn’t have , my apologies for swearing.
However stores must understand that people with a medical exemption should not be vilified for this.
Either way maybe be nicer to your customers, to the person serving me I hope for your business you don’t own it, you are arrogant and I will never come back to your store because of your terrible attitude and even worse customer service . Yes it’s your right to refuse entry to your store, you just need to learn some basic skills of how to deal with people.

Got the breast side of the chicken which was like chewing on cardboard. It was unbelievably dry. I know breast is the dryer part of the chicken but if roasted well should still be tender. I probably got the part which had been sitting there for an hour or two drying up in the bane marie. Staff didn’t seem overly friendly either. No greeting just what can I get for you.
