What a complete disappointment we experienced here yesterday - one person worked out the back, we had to wait five mins at the counter to ask her to wipe our table down so our granddaughter could sit at it and not get food all over her arms! We then waited to be served for about 20 mins beofre we realised other people had ordered via the QR code and we were not getting our orders taken, all our four year old grand daughter wanted was a pink milkshake with a lolly and tim tam (as advertised on the website) but my partner and I added a cheese burger and a hot dog. They were totally inedible (The burgers bun was stale, the meat tasted old - the whole hot dog had been microwaved till it was a soggy steaming mess with sauce and mustard dripping off it, and couldn't be picked up for ten minutes). Plus they came out 20 mins later and without the milkshake! Another five mins standing at the counter waiting for the lady doing everything herself to acknowledge my partner for us to ask for the milkshake! Then it comes out without the lolly - I ask her where it is, and she says "out of stock" and walks off. As she walks off I tell her there is a jar of snakes on the counter, can't she add one and she says "they are bigger and are $1!!!

I am gob smacked by the disgusting service, the revolting food and the complete disregard for our grand daughters order (I didn't mention that there was also no whipped cream or chocolate shavings as advertised on their menu).

I pay for a $1 snake as we leave behind around 15 people waiting on take away!!

A lovely evening out on a Tuesday was all I expected. Unbeknownst to me - this night was far worse than the 80s radio music that was blasting through the speakers.

After immediately being hit with the stereotypical burger shop smell coupled with cliche minor details to create a minimalist effect - I took a seat and grabbed a menu to observe the options.

A medium range of options were considered, however my biggest mistake was yet to come. A simple burger, Mac and cheese and loaded fries sounded great! (Or so I thought)

Little did I know - I had just sealed my fate.

The burger was adequate, at worst. Perhaps slightly under par.

The loaded fries, average indeed.

The onion rings and chicken wings - astonishingly salty, please get some water if you order these.

However…

My soul feels completely devoid of any life. The lack of cheese and flavour was so extraordinary bland and tasteless, it ruined my entire week.

My wife won’t sleep in the same bed as me anymore because she says I’ve been infected and now have no more redeemable qualities.

My kids have been begging for me to leave the home due to my extreme depression.

I’ve been fired from my high paying job and made redundant.

This mac and cheese has annihilated my livelihood and the only thing making me hold on to hope is Pokémon go.

Please I beg of you never order the Mac and cheese.

Average burgers and poor customer service. First visit, service was okay, got our meals on time and food wasn’t too bad. Next time we went back for a quick feed in a Saturday, they forgot our order when we arrived to pick up, said it would be 10 minutes until it was ready.. 30 minutes later still waiting even though asking where it was multiple times. Ended up waiting well over an hour and no one had any care to say sorry. Poor service.and their burgers aren’t even that good, for example when we finally got our food, our chips were so burnt and the burgers were cold.. not sure how as we live around the corner and ate them 3 minutes after they gave them to us. Oh and same thing happened to the next customer after us, came in for pick up and was told it was 10 minutes longer, he was still there when we finally left an hour later, no food still. Save your money, honestly not worth it.wish I asked for a refund and left...
