NOT KID FRIENDLY. Came to this place for the first time ever for Mother's Day lunch. Asked if we could get 2 serves of the kids pancakes, but unfortunately breakfast had finished at 11. (I wish the menu I saw online said the kids breakfast ended at the same time as the normal menu, as we probably would have chosen elsewhere to eat with our kids). We decided to get the kids chicken nuggets instead. The nuggets came out and had a sweet chilli crumb (again, not listed on the menu). I asked the waitress if they were sweet chilli and she went to find out. She came back and said yes they were. She asked if she could get us something else. I said no that will do, that's the only thing they'll really eat, but I'm not happy to pay for this. She left and my husband started to peel the sweet chilli skin off the chicken so my 2 kids has something to eat. The girl came back with her manager - a really rude Indian man with a nasty attitude. He said you have to pay for that otherwise we have to take it. My husband said why do you have chilli on kids nuggets? He said, that's just what we serve, if you don't want to pay for it, you don't get to keep the food. I said what will I feed my kids then? He said if you want it, you pay, you can't have food and eat it and not pay. I said if someone ordered something off your menu and was allergic, would you make them pay for that? He said yes. (What the hell??!!). I said just get us a bowl and we'll hand you back the nuggets and keep the chips, I'll pay for a serve of chips. He said we'll just take it and get you new chips. I said I don't want new chips, my kids are hungry now, they're not going to wait (the man obviously doesn't have kids or he'd understand how impatient a tired, hungry kid is!). I said you know, I've never been here and I'll never come back. He said that's fine. They got us a bowl so they could take the nuggets away from us and did just charge is for chips. But what a horrible experience for Mother's Day. But no sorry, nothing. What a shitty place to eat. Do not recommend. I'd eat at McDonald's before stepping foot back in such a horrible place. You're just a number with $$$ above your head, he definitely had no care for a person's experience.

This venue was absolutely huge and it’s located opposite to the cinema which makes it perfect for a pre film drink and post film meal. As the name suggests they have an impressive array of martini’s and other delicious cocktails. We tried a few different beverages all of which were delicious. I was particularly delighted by the mango mojito. They also do an extensive range of dishes ranging from all the pub style classics to pizzas and everything in between. We tried the salmon and potato croquettes and the bruschetta for entree. I absolutely loved the bruschetta and the bread was the perfect texture for the yummy toppings. Croquettes were filled with creamy potato and our mains arrived swiftly after. I went for the pesto chicken gnocchi. The gnocchi were a bit over cooked but the sauce had a good flavour and there was a generous amount of chicken in there. Dessert really excited me as I could see a delicious range of cakes in a glass cabinet. I was so pleased with the variety I found it hard to chose but knew I couldn’t go past the chocolate volcano. We also tried the sticky date but I kind of wished we went for lemon meringue instead as sticky date in a cake form lacks all that rich yummy sauce you associate with the traditional pudding. The chocolate volcano was sensationally gooey and a real highlight for me. Decadent and indulgent it was a great way to end the night

I received a text days after confirming the reservation, asking for a $200 deposit to secure the 10p booking. After waiting in a line of 20+ people, we’re seated at a bar height table right next to the entry door. As you’ll see in the photos, the people waiting in line were close enough to be leaning on the stools and even taking a seat at our table while they wait… We were eventually moved to a table in their function room (which I assume they’d opened for Mother’s Day). On a positive note, the staff were lovely and attentive. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the serving sizes were good value for the higher end price point. So, shoutout to the kitchen and FOH staff ⭐️ Management, however, need to reevaluate how they’re treating customers pre-dining. Being told three times it’s a 90 minute sitting before you’re even at the restaurant is a bit much. Having no working hand taps in the male restroom and asking customers to use the basin in the accessible toilet is also a big no-no.

My recent visit to Martini and Co Plenty Valley for dinner left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. The main reason behind my dissatisfaction was the quality of the oysters, which were neither fresh nor palatable. Additionally, the poor customer service I encountered when addressing the issue only added to my disappointment.

Upon receiving our order of oysters, my partner and I quickly noticed an off taste and realized they were not fresh. We promptly called our waitress over to express our concerns. Although she seemed understanding initially, the situation took a turn for the worse when we received the bill at the end of our meal.

To our surprise, the oysters we had sent back were still included on the bill, indicating that we were expected to pay for them. Naturally, we sought out the manager to clarify the situation. We explained to him that the oysters were clearly not up to par, emphasizing their lack of freshness and distinct off taste. However, instead of addressing our concerns, the manager insisted that we were responsible for the cost of the dish, disregarding our dissatisfaction completely.

This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and refusal to rectify the situation left a bitter taste in our mouths, both literally and figuratively. It is disheartening to encounter such poor customer service in an establishment that prides itself on providing a pleasant dining experience.

When it comes to food quality and customer service, their performance fell far below my expectations. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to improve their standards and ensure customer satisfaction...

Went there on Valentines day and chose to sit outside near the glass fence. Hubby wanted to move as there were a lot of bird droppings on the fence as well as on the ground right near us not very pleasant to eat in such surrounding. The wait staff were very polite and our food arrived promptly. We ordered pulled pork sliders, should have received 3 just like advertised on the photo in their menu and when questioned, the waitress said Oh you get 2 just for today but they are a little bigger. So that was a bit weird, but still the same price. The burgers were tasty, however too salty and the bun was a bit dry. We also ordered a cocktail, a Valentine's day special recommended by the waitress. Very disappointing as it was more like a cheap kids strawberry milkshake, it had pink sprinkles around the glass and in the drink, a couple of slices of strawberry on top of whipped cream that appeared to have been chucked in there just for fun. It did not look sexy at all. It was too sweet from the artificial strawberry flavour used in milkshakes. The worst part is it had chocolate on the bottom of the glass, which my hubby ate, however it was still wrapped in foil and my husband did no realise until he started spitting out all the foil that he also swallowed. The wait staff were quick to tell the bartender and we did not have to pay for the cocktail however they were not really apologetic. We also ate the tortellini with burnt butter and it was a tasty dish, however too salty and tangy from the vinegar. Not sure if we would go back...
