This place is a real gem off Gallaghers Pl. The coffee here is amazing and always greeted by the friendly owner, and the specialty Raspberry Candy milk coffee is a must try.

They have more than 10 coffee varieties on hand at all times, flash frozen in single dose test tubes (special technique) for maximum freshness.

There's specialty coffees of all kinds, espresso and pourover filter single origins of different producers, regions, varieties and processes, making it hard to decide as you're spoilt for choice from Ona's award winning roasts.

If you're dining in or taking away, the menu has all the usual breakfast-to-go, brunch and lunch options and their plating is instagram worthy to post. Would reccomend trying the duck pasta they have.

I was really looking forward to this place. It looked promising, had decent reviews, and as someone with Indonesian heritage, I wanted to support the business. But the experience was deeply disappointing. The gentleman behind the counter was blunt to the point of being rude, not just unhelpful, but with an edge of hostility that made the whole interaction uncomfortable.

I asked a simple question about my order and got a dismissive response. I tried to be easygoing with a question, and was snapped at instead. There’s a way to communicate things politely. This wasn’t it.

Horrible service, I was asked to go to the counter to place the order. I waited for someone to take the order at the counter for 10 mins, no one else was there to give the order and I was the only one waiting. They were not consistent in serving and looked like only take orders at the table from certain section of people, who were preferred in the cafe. We were made to wait at the counter while they could see I was waiting instead went to take the order at the table. The experience was disgusting. Front line staff was rude and had no manners.
