This place should be avoided if you want to share a meal together. I am blown away by the lack of food service. It was half full with patrons when we arrived, just two. Myself and my child, we ordered a kids breakfast and a big breakfast, after about a 15m wait my daughter's came out first, 15m later when she was done eating, still nothing, meanwhile other patrons coming in after we're getting their meals before, which wouldn't be much of a problem if it wasn't 3 other patrons getting big breakfasts as well.

Going up to the counter to ask staff, who never bothered to check, I ask what is happening, did they forget, did they give my order to someone else as others coming in after are getting meals before me, the girl goes to the back and pops out and says it's coming, no apology nothing. A few more minutes pass, had enough I ask for a refund as I have run out of time, only at this point do they apologise and return what I paid, in cash, not the same payment method I...

I was astounded to hear that my son went here and received such poor service. He ordered a sandwich with no mayonnaise due to a dairy allergy request. He repeated it 3 times yet the sandwich came to the table with mayonnaise and cheese. When he requested a replacement, he was told he would have to completely pay for a new one. I've told my son to report them to the Health Department for not ensuring a customer's requests for medical reasons was adhered to. If they are making mistakes like this and then not taking responsibility for it, it could have a serious affect on someone's health. Surprisingly this followed a visit by myself a week earlier where we were approached three times to come back to the register to pay for something they claim they forgot to charge us for.
