Liked my first experience with Walkers and their doughnuts. Had the task of buying a varied dozen ($34) for a gathering later that day and was impressed with the colour and size of what was on offer. Staff were smiley, friendly and helpful - always a good sign. Took advantage of their coffee machine. Sat at the back of a nest of tables and enjoyed a long black with milk on the side. To say those doughnuts were scrum tiddly umptious would be an understatement. Pay them a visit. Well worth it.

Fantastic hot jam donuts!! Still warm and delicious after 10 minute drive home. 14.3 delicious coffee and couldn't resist 1 hot jam donut! 16.2.23 when I see a sign for hot jam donuts I have a Pavlovian response! Notice they are now offering toasties, so a coffee, a cheese toastie and a couple of hot jam donuts, sounds like the perfect meal. 6.7 no trip to Southland complete without a hot jam donut (or 2!).

This place has the BEST hot jam donuts. We stop here for donuts and a cuppa every time we shop at Southland. We are regularly served by Saugut who is super helpful and always has a smile on his face :)

First experience and reluctant to return. A young woman asked me almost immediately if I would like to place an order. I thanked her and said I was still deciding. Then a much older man approached me and asked me what I wanted and reprimanded the girl for making me wait. I explained that I wasn’t ready when she asked, ordered a donut and then got home to discover not only had he given me the wrong one, but there was a hair on it. I did remove the hair and eat it and it was delicious but the service left a bad aftertaste! If he was the manager I feel sorry for the young staff...

I was just at this kiosk today and got a milkshake for my kids to share. I asked for a second cup to split it like I've done many times before and was refused. After speaking to the manager he told me they don't give things out for free and it would be an extra 50c for a paper cup and paper straw. I am honestly outraged. I paid $7 for a milkshake and I'm sure the markup on this would be at least 80% The fact that they were so adamant to not give another paper cup and straw while my toddler was screaming tantrum on the floor is...

Very impressed. I have walked by this kiosk many times due to my uber self-control for calorie intake, but today, while on another errand, I gave in to this visually entertaining venue and ordered a fresh, made on premises iced doughnut. It's in a good location, near a chemist, Target and a Westpac Bank. AND THE ESCALATORS. Very clean, well staffed, good layout and display. Prices are reasonable. Staff were very polite and efficient. The doughnut melted in my mouth. Lucky I was on a schedule or it would have been...
