With Infinitely charming aesthetics and imparting the most sublime and highly proficient service, not to mention consistently offering the pinnacle of delicious food and amazing coffee, Wild Timor Coffee has invariably become my go to coffee shop when I feel the palpable urge to escape the incessant stresses that life inevitably imparts to me, and where I can wind down after a long and arduous day at work with some of the most delicious food and drinking the best coffee you could ever have in Melbourne, without a shroud of doubt. The amazing staff that work at this outstanding coffee shop are always so friendly and accommodating, and go about their respective roles as waiters with such a profound level of passion, diligence and pertinacity, which in essence is also conducive in enhancing as well as elevating an already amazing experience of dining at Wild Timor Coffee. Aesthetically as I have previously mentioned, Wild Timor Coffee is enveloped by breathtaking opulence and impressive aesthetics which also helps to create such an amazing vibe and an unforgettable experience. In conclusion to my review, if you are in dire need of tasting some of the most sublime food and outstanding coffee you could ever have in Melbourne, then I vehemently encourage that you try Wild Timor Coffee, I can assure you will not be disappointed, the service here is of the highest level of professionalism and integrity, and the food and Coffee are absolutely sublime...

🌟 Wild Timor Coffee – A True Local Gem in Coburg 🌟 āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø (5/5)

Wild Timor Coffee exceeded all expectations — from the first sip to the last bite. The cozy atmosphere, earthy tones, and friendly staff immediately made us feel welcome.

ā˜• Drinks: The hot chocolate was rich and velvety, with beautiful latte art and just the right balance of sweetness. The latte and mocha were also smooth, well-textured, and full of bold, fresh flavor — a clear indication of quality beans and skilled baristas.

šŸ½ Food: Visually stunning and packed with flavor! The JalapeƱos salsa with scrambled eggs was a standout, beautifully plated with edible flowers, fresh herbs, feta, and vibrant greens. The toasted halloumi sandwich with beetroot puree added a gourmet twist, while the Middle Eastern-style dish with dips and flatbread brought a delicious cultural flair. Everything felt thoughtfully made and tasted as good as it looked.

šŸ’¬ Vibe & Experience: The place was buzzing but not overwhelming. Service was fast and genuine, and the space had a welcoming, community-focused vibe. Clearly a popular local hangout — and for good reason!

Holy granny perfumed Christmas doilies. I had coffee in this shhhhpanker recently and oh good lord.. I don’t even know how to aptly articulate the spectaculariticiousness of just how scrumdiddleeicious the covfefe they had goin’ was. I mean this bean got some serious flavour sensations goin’ for it. I am a disgustingly debilitatingly particular person with coffee to put it audaciously mildly. This bean may be my favourite bean ever. I have only had it once so ima be back up on that real soon to check the consistency on this thang but for real?! Like really now? This was some next level cafe-ing. In fact I’ll be hitting it up right as soon as I get up tomorrow.. I didn’t eat their food. Didn’t wanna ruin my coffee, I thought about it.. but right after that first sip.. nuh-uh. No way I’m letting anything else touch this tongue ANY TIME SOON. If I wasn’t broke as I’d be buying them beans right up so I can experiment on my own concoffsions at home being a barista myself. As of right now this place is the dream. If I one day get to make a coffee as good as the coffee I drank in this cafe I will be able to consider my true master. See...

I moved around the area a few months ago and unfortunately there aren’t many good coffee places open on the weekends so I come here for my soy mochas. Today will be the last time! I expected the busy period for brunch which is totally fine but what I didn’t expect was poorly made coffees. I’ve had great coffees from here but the issue I have with this place is that I don’t remember any of the baristas because there’s always a different person making coffees - there’s absolutely no consistency, therefore no trust in knowing I will be getting a good coffee. How can you have a loyal customer base when there’s new staff all the time or poorly trained baristas who don’t know what a magic is or how to read the ā€œSā€ is for soy milk not full cream milk? I admit I could have just walked back and asked to correct it but it was too busy and I had already waited 20mins for my takeaway order and ain’t nobody got time for that. The wait staff are lovely and the food is great but I wouldn’t recommend this place at all if you’re after consistently good coffee. It’s a gamble here and I’d rather go somewhere I can trust.

Visited Wild Timor Coffee House with my family and our toddler, and we had a lovely time! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a relaxed vibe that made it easy to settle in, even with a little one in tow. We tried a variety of dishes—chicken sandwich, mushroom sandwich, poached eggs, fritters, and of course, their coffee—and everything was spot on. The chicken sandwich was packed with flavour, and the mushroom sandwich had a rich, earthy taste that really stood out. The fritters were crispy on the outside and soft inside—definitely toddler-approved! Poached eggs were cooked perfectly, and the coffee was strong, smooth, and just what we needed to start the day right. Service was friendly, and there’s enough space for prams and little explorers. It’s a great family-friendly spot, and we’ll definitely be back!
