Full Moon Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Menora

Been coming here for years and always rated it very highly. Sad to say that since our last visit, things have gone very badly downhill. The atmosphere has gone, the standards have gone, the quality and quantity of the food has gone, the warmth, everything. It's a mere shell of its former self. A real shame, as this place held a special place in our family's tradition of enjoying excellent Thai food here.

The menu has obviously been cobbled together on Canva, as they had little icons and asterisks next to certain menu items, but no key to tell you what they denoted. Nobody there had any idea either. A heading on the bottom of the menu stating "Allergen Information" with absolutely nothing written under it! A poor copy-paste effort at best.

The food all came out staggered rather than bringing our shared dishes out together. The portions were measly, the presentation was non-existent, and the flavours and textures were like something you'd heat up on the stove from a Maggi or Kantong jar at 3am after a heavy night out in Nortgbridge. Honestly, just utter slop.

It's not as if they were busy. Apart from one elderly couple who were in and gone again in under 30 minutes and two walk-ins who were collecting takeaway, we were the only people there.

I'm very sorry to say that we won't be returning. Whoever owns the place now should be aware of the long tradition and reputation that they are throwing away.

I had an incredible dining experience at Full Moon Thai Restaurant! I ordered the vegetarian Red Curry and Green Curry, along with a starter, and everything was outstanding. The curries were rich, creamy, and bursting with authentic flavors that transported me straight to Thailand. The starter was equally impressive, perfectly cooked and delicious. We went tonight at 8.30, the lady on the front told us they can offer us to do take away due to they were not accepting new customers (despite the closing time is 9 pm). We ordered a lot of food for take away, 10 minutes after, a family has entered and they got a table and were served before us. When we asked what happened they told us they didn't want problems with them. They didn't act in the same way with us, not sure why they attended them and not us.
