Read moreDo the owners actually read the reviews? I went there today and was very unimpressed. After leaving, I decided to read other peoples reviews. For months now I see people have been constantly complaining about the long wait times for food. Maybe pay attention? Train your staff better or replace them. Waiting 25 mins for eggs on toast when there were no other people waiting for food is unheard of! Do you want people to never return?
$30 for one slice toast with one egg and a few veggies is ridiculous. Inflation is no excuse for that as no other cafe charges as much for such a dish.
The coffee came fast and good. From there it was downhill. No one took our order so I had to go ask. Then 25 mins wait with no apology from the waitress is such poor customer service. Read moreWe were so thrilled to visit this cafe after watching a short clip introducing it. It was a 1.5 hours drive from home. Needless to say, we had high hopes that it would meet our expectations ~ quality food, excellent customer service and breath taking scenic surroundings and the beautiful colors of Autumn. However, to our geat great disappointment, the cafe was very crowded and the service was terribly slow. We had to wait 15 mins for the table we booked. We also waited an hour for the dishes to arrive. OMG, two of the three dishes were not what we ordered. The dishes were pretty standard, average i would say , and they looked pretty much like some homemade breakfast that we could do it as well. Having said that, the place itself is without doubt worth a visit. The building is a gem and it is thoroughly covered by the colorful Autumn leaves. May be if we do@gi again, we will pick a weekday to go. ! Lastly, the girl waitress...
