I am not a fast food eater, mainly because of the buns, they are too doughy, but occasionally I will have a Maccas, I do prefer Hungry Jacks, because of the bread reason, but I ordered a Bacon and Egg McMuffin and a jnr burger, my order was processed quickly and proficently at the counter with a greeting, which was nice, but when opening the bag to eat the burger, both items were wrapped by somebody who obviously did not grab the concept of wrapping, the paper was loosely around the product, which caused half of it, to fall into the bag, when I tried to pick it up, I realise these fast food chains, keep our teenagers in a job, but I think the managers need to keep a closer eye on quality control, and not so much time being friends and laughing with employees, most of the time the manager is not much older than the employee, having said that, I know there are some very dedicated jnr managers, who will one day work their way up and good luck to them, but Macca's just keep an eye on quality control, as its just as important as...

I was struggling to get my phone to scan the QR code, when Jesse (McDonald’s employee) came and assisted. Maybe the powers to be should place the code in a position where there is NO reflection. Once inside Jesse was the one to take my order. I do this so very rarely I am usually at a complete loss of what to purchase. Jesse patiently guided me through my choices, until I was satisfied with my order. Although he is a young pup, he was very respectful, patient, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Read moreQuite literally one of my worst mcdonald’s experiences and that is a low bar. Showed up to the advertised 24 HOUR mcdonald’s at 11:30pm to find out they stopped serving at 11. What is this ? I don’t think it is outrageous to expect somewhere to be open when they advertise 24 hours. The manager on duty was a man with facial piercings who needs to be taught customer service skills. We stood at the door and he opened it to say “Stopped serving at 11, unless you are on 2 wheels or 4 we won’t serve you”. Honestly so incredibly rude.
