I’d leave 10 stars if I could. We showed up yesterday with 2 kids in the peak hour of the morning with no booking. They organised a table for us and our drinks came out super fast. Our little one knocked her full milk shake over causing a huge mess - it was so busy but TWO staff members dropped everything to not just clean the mess, but a higher priority to them was stopping the tears of the little one… they scooped her up and took her out back so she could watch them make her a new milkshake… and wouldn’t even let me pay for it. On top of this, our food came out really fast and was 10/10 delicious. Heading back today for a coffee run and will be leaving a decent tip. We went here for a decent breakfast and got more than we bargained for. Awesome customer service and even better...

If I could give zero I would. Can't complain about the service really, because there wasn't any. Today I rocked up with a group of 7 friends. We didn't make a booking but we're willing to wait- which we did. After 10 or so minutes a big table finally became available. We then proceeded to get comfy ready to order, after which we were told we couldn't sit there because a reservation just showed up for that table. RUNNING AN HOUR LATE! Look, I'm no expert, but if someone is there and ready to order eat and pay. You serve the customers you have. If you don't show up for your hotel reservation, you lose it. We came on such a busy day and there was a 15 minute wait in tables. The beautiful staff kept apologising and kept us updated constantly. It was absolutely packed and the order counter had a line the entire time. The coffees were out within 5 minutes and the food within 10 minutes. Both were amazing and above expectation. The menu is inventive, hearty, a tad healthy and so so so tasty! Far above your regular cafe offering and yet simple is done so well too.
