Bateau Bay Bowling Club — Restaurant in New South Wales

I highly recommend trying this restaurant if you have never been. YES ITS THAT GOOD !!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could give more stars I would. It was my First time here a few weeks ago, was pleasantly surprised by the large array of choices on the menu from across the globe, with strong Asian influences. Everything we ordered was absolutely fantastic, pleasing not only to the eye but to the palate, everything was so full of flavour, large plentiful portions, excellent quality and good value for money. Couldn’t fault any of the food whatsoever. All Food ordered took less than 10 minutes to come out. ( they bring to you ) Coffee and drinks were good very too. A variety of cakes/ slices in glass cabinet to choose from if wanting dessert. Left very satisfied. Highly recommend the rendang, laksa, ribeye, san choy bow, chicken wings. I have eaten at a lot of restaurants in my lifetime and traveled extensively but I must commend this restaurants chefs as it ranks in my opinion 3rd best of all time in the world, this is My new favourite local place to eat. (Since first posting this review I have returned several times)

The downsides: it took a long time lined up to get served ( order and pay at counter) : the atmosphere was nonexistent, a large very full and very noisy dining hall with full carpeting that was absolutely covered in dropped/spilt rice and food. : No one to greet you or show you to your reserved table. Had to just find it ourselves. : lots of children running around , parking spaces limited at peak times. I am willing to put up with the downsides but only because the food...

If you’re visiting the Central Coast, put this place on your must try list! We only found out about it thanks to the lovely staff at Blue Lagoon, who told us the food was great and that we’d even get member prices just by swiping our Boom key.

From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and welcoming. The lovely taller lady on the till was so helpful and suggested some great options from both the Western and Asian menus. We went with the Satay Combination, Rendang, and Nasi Goreng—and wow! The satay was easily the best we’ve ever had, full of flavour. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. Our friends ordered the Veal Scallopini and Barramundi, which was huge, and they really enjoyed it too.

We honestly wish we’d discovered this place sooner especially after being let down by another “popular” spot on our first night. Great food, super friendly staff, and reasonably priced drinks… what more could you want? Highly recommend...

We ate at the kitchen one day ago. Ordered the clay pot specials, ,pepper beef,curried school prawns and fried rice . Pepper beef was ok with way to many vegetables,curried school prawns was terrible it really was a soup and not much curry even with the rice was still a lot of liquid left in the bowl ,my wife and I both of the same opinion that it was a soup and way to many veggies. When we finished I spoke to the head lady and told her about the dish I said it was terrible,she walked to other side of the counter and said to another staff member that he reckoned it was terrible and I sai it was like soup she told me you should have it with rice ,yes I did have rice , I said I have had this dish before at lunch and was good .she just walked away , The I spoke to another staff member and she listened and said she would talk to the cooks She said thank you for pointing it out ,I know you guys eat here a lot she was...
