Ordered pizza for half hour delivery from Catherine never received until two hour later and asked to pay for microwaved pizza. Absolutely the most disgusting service ever anywhere in 37 yrs. After not delivering as requested they said 20 mins a and took 45 minutes. I buried my nana and my 4 yr old sons great grandmother yesterday and come home to this disgusting reception. My bear couldn't eat until 930pm reheated and told because of the stuff up in house we would get fresh pizza and another for their stuff up. 2hrs late and ph call because we shouldn't have to pay. My boy started chewing his shirt. Worst service I've ever come across and I worked in food and retail for many yrs. Absolutely disgusted. The manager wouldn't speak to me and said I'd never get pizza again from them. Good they for a better word destroyed my night. I buried Popa this yr and Nana yesterday and this is how I'm welcomed home!!!! Even my small home town can deliver on time. If you say 35mins they do it no worries you derelicts can't deliver on a 35min order promise after half a dozen of calls. My rating is - minus 5 star. N your pizza is microwave garbage. Anyone wanting food do not ever go to lavington dominos. Manager told me to piss off after we didn't pat because there was no truth in rectification of their stuff up. The 3rd time I called back and told them that the order was wrong and I want what I ordered, got it replaced and delivered in record time. Tonight? YOU GUESSED IT! Something in my order was wrong again. Talked to the manager last time, not bothering with them again. I will be calling the relevant head office to report that this store cannot get the simplest of orders correct and as this has happened on MULTIPLE occasions. That they need to do something. If they do nothing, next step will be consumer affairs as I am fed up on not getting what I paid for. DO BETTER! Last night (31st of March) I arrived in store after a big day of work about 15min till closing. As I went to place my order the man at the register was quite frustrated and upset when I told him I was placing an order and not picking up an order.
He told me to hurry up and make it quick in a rude manner while exclaiming that they were going to close in 10min. While waiting for my order I received brief stares from another employee as well. Upon handover of my order I was served by another employee who was polite and just.
I left the store 4-5min before closing.
When I worked at this venue a few years prior I wasn’t trained to treat and talk to customers like this. Furthermore, our closing hours were 11pm, it seems that now they might’ve been changed to 10:50pm? 😆
