Domino’s Queanbeyan would do well with a customer service and handling food safety course !! Inclusive of manager! Got a pizza last night was given the wrong pizza, they said was my error even though we only order the same pizza every-time. manager was unhealthful and wouldn’t replace the $8 pizza saying it was our own fault despite the error of the wrong pizza the pizza that did arrive ,surly wouldn’t of passed quality control! it disproportionately had topping and sauce over it, didn’t try it the pizzas as you knew by looking at it it’s way to dry! Not to mention the manager touching and scratching his balls while we went back in store to return the gross incorrect pizza. We returned our pizza and left with no replacement. We won’t be back. I’d recommend dominos look into. Management Queanbeyan as they clearly have some crucial customer service not to mention healthy and safety...
Read morePurely adding a review as protest that these people keep using uber for deliveries which has caused far too many issues that neither uber or dominos will resolve, late and cold food, drivers stopping and sitting for 10 minutes during which time anything can happen, I order dominos? I expect a dominoes delivery driver, If the owner and managers are too lazy and cheap to pay for in-house delivery they shouldn’t offer delivery, this will be my last order until the policy is overturned, Instead I highly recommend (and personally I will be ordering from instead) Pizza Hut, they actually bother to pay for delivery staff and I’ve never had an issue with them, had far too many with this particular dominoes

Read moreTonight we order 2 x Extra Large Pizzas with the new 'Deeper Deep Pan Base'. The Online System allowed the order to occur/proceed and when we got home discovered the pizzas were 'very thin' and not 'Deeper Deep Pan' at all. I returned to the store to make a complaint and was greeted at the counter by the Franchisee/Owner of the store.
The Franchisee took the time to explain that 'Extra Large' pizzas can only be ordered on a 'Classic Crust'.
Despite the error and incorrect order occurring outside of his/his stores control, he ordered two new replacement pizzas for me, for free! Further, he offered to keep my existing pizzas warm and to keep them.
This store was incredibly impressive with how they identified the problem, took responsibility (when they didn't have too) and rectified it on the spot without fuss.
