My birthday dinner was a disaster. We booked 2 tables on their advice as they tried to make us have the banquet for 10 or more people but we couldn't do that due to the dietary requirements of a few of our party. Ended up only 9 anyways. Asked for the tables to be together as family & had evidence of that written on the booking. Was told oh the head office didn't pass that on. Not much care factor, no apology. Wouldn't move tables around to accommodate booking. Half of our party had to sit out the back in this pouring rain & freezing weather & half inside no where near each other. Was too late to move as they had thier meals & drinks. Table inside so impractical, tall bar table & bar seats that were tiny & uncomfortable, crammed in with no room at all. We had booked for a high chair & kids; this table was not suitable for most people let alone kids & a high chair. It was also next to the door so everytime the door opened it hit you in the backside. Place was absolutely jam packed like sardines, way too overbooked & way too many people, trying to cram as many in as possible & no thought of patrons comfort. Way to smaller venue. We were back to back with other tables & kept hitting each other with our arms, no personal space or room between tables. Way too noisy, couldn't hear anything, couldnt have a conversation, music too loud. Gave me huge anxiety. Food nothing to right home about either. Tasted all the same & bland. Only positive is service was good & drinks & meals came out quick, although did need to chase up one drink. 1 unisex toilet for the entire venue. Not practical. Was so awkward & uncomfortable, i just wanted to leave. It was not pleasant at all & ruined my birthday dinner. No split bills either in this day & age is silly. We definitely won't be back. Very...

Let me start by saying that overall, the food here is quite nice! We had a range of tacos (pork, beef, lamb, prawn, soft shell crab and barramundi). All but the barramundi were amazing. Unfortunately the fish was watery, flavourless and dripping on the table. The tacos came out in little holders but no plate underneath so any dropped toppings fell directly on the table. Not only were we given no plates but also no cutlery or serviettes. The guacamole was nice but the jalapeno poppers came with a teaspoon of sauce for three. When we asked for more we were provided with a different sauce ten minutes later (the jalapeños had gone cold by then) and it was added to the bill. The biggest let down of our evening was the service. The staff were uninterested and uninvolved. A margarita came out with a cracked glass and when we expressed this, there was no apology or offer of replacement. In fact the staff member seemed entirely indifferent. We had to flag them down to order more drinks and not once was our table approached to check in or allow us to order at any time of the night. Food was incredible- However; Overall service is horrible. My husband tried to make a dinner reservation for the evening on the phone earlier today and whoever responded said that “there isn’t anything available until 8:15 PM” which we then confirmed assuming that the restaurant would be full. Well- We got there at 8 PM and there were countless tables available and empty. The staff members, besides of the German one, were vey rude and incompetent the moment that we stepped into the restaurant. Specially the one on the counter processing the payment after dinner was very passive aggressive to us (probably the manager as she seemed to be angry while trying to direct everyone else). When we where just trying to pay for our dinner she had to mention to my husband and I that she has taken off the 2 other drinks that we didn’t want while showing us the orders that we made on the iPad, however, she was the one not interested in listening to the order that we tried to make at the start of the night and therefore also the one who ordered everything wrong.
