Muffin Break Erina Fair — Restaurant in New South Wales

Extremely poor customer service to say the least! My wife and 3 year old daughter went to this business to enjoy a muffin, baby chino and coffee together. Unfortunately the staff don’t know how to make a baby chino and served my child an extremely hot drink which burnt her mouth very badly. They offered hardly any help, assistance or compassion when my wife asked for some cold water to help our daughter and they treated her like she was trying to get free items which all she wanted was something to immediately help our child, my wife has never been more embarrassed in a situation before and when I turned up and became aware of the situation and asked to speak to the manager who wouldn’t even give me the time of day and gave me a very fake and unprofessional apology while still trying to serve other customers I knew that this business was unprofessional to say the least.

I would not recommend anyone to visit muffin break at Erina fair I would suggest to visit one of the many other great places in the complex who actually take pride in offering excellent...

I ordered a small latte and I was it tasted like warm milk. No coffee real flavour, maybe half a shot. It costs about 50 cents to make a coffee. Come on muffin break Erina give me value and flavour for my $3.95. Edit: I took my "coffee" back and explained that it was very week and asked for an extra shot. The manager proceeded to make me another one. When I said that the coffee was too weak he said no we must have made a mjstake then said the their coffee is really mild. When I advised him that that's why I asked for the extra shot he said well you'll have to pay for that. Under normal circumstances I would have paid but I've had coffee from them before and it's never been that weak so I walked away. To Coffee Club. A better outcome would have been to give me the extra shot and advised that next time I should order a double shot and it would cost extra. Bye bye muffin break Erina. Not a review about their muffins, as I am sure they are great but their shakes are not worth the $$$. Had Chocolate 🍫 and Banana 🍌 milkshakes and they did not have any flavour and are not thick at all. Pretty much tasted like weak flavoured milk. I would not recommend their shakes, but sure their Muffins...
