Ordered a soy iced coffee, a cronut and bacon breakfast burrito. The iced coffee was okay (not to my personal taste) but my boyfriend really liked it. The cronut was to DIE for. Oily, nutella, crisp goodness. Highly recommend these. Even the waitress says she has one at every shift. The bacon breakfast burrito was filling and wholesome. Loved the bean mix that was in it. Staff was friendly and seemed to know the locals personally (which would add to my experience if I was a local). Was recommended by Glenn James from the My Millenial Money podcast. Can say that I can trust his financial advice now that I can trust his cafe recommendations 😂

The best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had! Fully loaded breakfast burrito with bacon, eggs, potato, beans, cheese, guacamole, salsa and spinach for only $14 is an absolute steal! Especially when the GYG equivalent is half the size, half the ingredients at $13. Flour n Co is the winner by a country mile! There’s always a different biscuit on the counter when I visit too; the most recent was an Anzac biscuit which rocked A++

Our family had a holiday home in Blue Bay and I was a regular weekend customer from 1988 to 2004 enjoying pies and sausage rolls and the Banana Sponge cake was a childhood defining slice of happiness. After so long I looked forward to a little slice of my childhood and sharing it with my family. I’m not sure what happened but the banana sponge cake was sweet but had no banana flavour whatsoever. Did you run out or did someone forget to put them in? There was no evidence of banana in the sponge (brown strains from the banana etc). The custard tart was meh, pastry and filling were floury and hubby said it needed some vanilla and the veggie pie was just mashed potato with veggies and cheese on top ( if you want a good veggie pie recipe travel to Gumnut Patisserie as they do this amazing bechamel sauce topped pie with roasted veggies). We loved our visit to Flour and co. There were 4 of us, so we took up a bit of space unfortunately, but the staff were so lovely and accommodating. Despite the constant flow of locals and phone calls everything came out in a timely manner. The burritos, toasties and cakes were delicious. Even brought out some hot sauces for the burritos. Coffee was lovely. Smooth and no bitter aftertaste which makes you want another one.

Staff were super lovely and chatty. Everything that I love about cafe culture. Better cafes in NSW than Melbourne now.

For those who have complained about 15 minute waits and $6 pricing obviously don't get out much. 15 minutes is fine for a busy cafe. And $6 for a coffee? Pretty...
