The food looked very greasy, the boss was walking around on his phone, the young girl at the front counter taking orders didn’t know much and couldn’t find anything on the computer. Not to mention she was wearing a crop top for some reason. Clearly hasn’t been trained up, and tonight was the perfect time to train her up because there was no body in there but us (explains a lot”. The my friends kid was hungry and wanted to eat and wanted a popper, (FROM THE MENU) then a “guy” come out and was adamant that there was no popper on the menu. He didn’t like the fact that I proved him wrong so he kicked us out for some reason I’m still trying to work out. His boss didn’t like the fact that we got kicked out but I was taking my money somewhere else. No one there was in work clothes but the boss and no one in the kitchen had hair nets, not to mention the first 5-8 things we asked they didn’t have. No brisket, no poppers apparently they don’t even know they sell them when there on the menu. I ordered two cheese burger meals a couple of weeks back & was very disappointed. The beef patties on the burger's were thin & burnt around the edges. The brioche buns were nice but there was just too much bread for the amount (lack) of meat. Overall the burgers lacked something, I couldn't quite put my finger on what but they were dissatisfying overall, as were the chips, which were luke warm. To top it off, the cola we got with the meals was odd & tasted more like iced tea than cola. There were just too many issues for me to try again too, unfortunately. I was really excited to see...

The gentleman that served me tonight was absolute legend when it comes to customer service. The burger was made perfectly- exactly how I first had it here months ago when they first opened. I hope management TRAINS ALL STAFF TO keep the food to the highest standards as there’s been more than once where the consistency just wasn’t there. I’m giving 4 stars as a generous review. I’ve had more inconsistencies than consistent meals.
