Been here many times and order is wrong most of the time. So I started to check before leaving. Today I was not given my coleslaw that I PAID for. And I order three pieces of chicken, which I got 2 and a quarter pieces. This meal is based on three pieces of chicken I want thr chicken I paid for it. So I wait to finally be seen at the window finally the adult female returns to me, seems she must of been the duty manager for the shift, otherwise I feel sorry for her this is the best she can do in life, I got the coleslaw and asked about the miniature chicken piece. She replied "it's a wing". So condescending, I know it's a wing I'm a qualified chef sweetheart, i mean it must of weighed ten grams and was all bone and no meat I want a piece of chicken. Get 3 pieces of wicked wings from them and they have been priced on the menu as cheaper, why? Because they are smaller with barely any meat on it. The people that run KFC understand this. Unfortunately the power hungry staff at KFC south tweed have no idea how to cook, how to salt chips, how to follow an order and give what ordered. And now disgusting customer service. Never again at South Tweed burnt too many times, and now this condescending fast food worker, lol. What a pillar of society she is.

Being a local, throughout many years I don't believe they have ever made my order properly. You can order online, they will mess it up big time, you can even order 'normally' whether through rush hour or not, items will be missing or even the food is made with no effort at all. I understand how things work with this place being 'fast food' but having items missing all the time just feels like being 'robbed'. Even looking at the reviews from others, don't think this place cares. Biggest online items that I've had missing recently (tonight), was a zinger burger, along with sauces for the nuggets and had to ask for drinks as they had forgotten them , AGAIN. Read morewent through the drive through and had to say the order about 6 times before she got even close to getting anything right. went to the payment window, she was rude too. go yo collect the order and she hadn’t even put on of the drinks on the order so they charged us again which is fair, understandable, mistakes happen, but they were yet again rude when serving us. unfortunately, it wasn’t til we were out of the drive through that we found that the 5 sauces we asked for when ordering originally weren’t in the bag either and when we went back in to ask for the sauce we had to ask four times before only being handed 2 (i use the word handed lightly - it was more like throwing them on the counter), then disturbs her-who i can only assume is the manager seeming the only competent and helpful person we came in contact with- mid serving a customer to get him to give us the rest of the sauce. by far worst fast food experience we have both ever experienced. train your...
