Never enough staff, always massive wait times, staff that are there need to learn what 'customer service ' is. For example, just waited for almost 8 minutes & still didn't even get a glance from a staff member let alone a simple, 'sorry for the wait', one person making coffee& making it look like a life sentence & the other doing dishes & waiting for the machine to make fresh donuts. 🤷🏼‍♀️ We were one out of about 7 to walk away in the time we stood there. Management really need to do something , losing business at a phenomenal rate. At least hire people who can look like they want to be there. Really disappointed with our visit today. Got 2 hot dogs. Normally the roll is heated up, making it lovely & crisp. Today it was hardly warmed at all, which resulted in it being soft, not crispy, & definitely not warm. The actual sausage was a let down too. They've changed to the ones that have skin...cheap & nasty. Also the sausage wasn't even hot, only VERY slightly warm. When it is called a HOT DOG, well that's what I expect to get. OK cob , how on OATH do DOnut kings literally EVER go out of business? Hot cinnamon donuts are LITERALLY a license (loicense if you're british) to print money (don't tell the head of the RBA). Every time I think to myself how good would a hot cinnamon donut be, they are better than my wildest dreams.
