McDonald's Erina — Restaurant in New South Wales

We went to maccas Erina for a midnight snack. Almost no customers. So there is no excuse of being under stress etc.

The cheeseburgers of my hubby had no sauce whatsoever and no onions. Which he realised after eating half of the first thinking he's gonna taste it soon, then looked into the other burger and no sauce etc as well. They also seemed like they were purposely pressed with force.

There was no sugar in our coffees, despite mentioning it several times.

But the worst were the fries. I started eating them and couldn't understand the taste of it first. After a few bites I turned on the light and saw, they mixed a bit of fresh ones, with very old oily brownish fries together. Most likely to get rid off the old ones. This is absolutely outrageous, not only because they tasted disgusting, but also today my stomach feels like crap.

We drove back to get our order freshly done, coffees and fries were made new, but only one of my hubbies cheeseburgers were replaced, with the excuse that he ate most of it already. Which they kept anyway!

We usually don't leave bad reviews and rather talk to the owners or managers, but this and the attitude are far from ok.

I wish I would've read the reviews first, then I wouldn't have ended up with a sore stomach the next day and utter disappointment.

I hope the managers/owners will do something about this situation, cause this seems like an ongoing disappointment for...

1 star is generous for this monstrosity. I Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for 2 simple meals. In this time, 5 or 6 cars drove past me so I decided to drive around and go in. I waited a further 5 minutes without a single employee greeting me at the counter. I finally managed to intercept my order as they were walking to the drive thru window. I asked the manager if my food was cold because we’d been waiting so long. She assured me it wasn’t. I wasn’t surprised that as I got back in my car and checked the food, the chips were stone cold. But furthermore, they were both a 1/3 full. I returned and showed them. I was given 2 new full fries but not a single care as to how empty they were in the first place. My own mistake not checking the rest of the food. The cheeseburger looked like it had been smashed with a hammer. It was disgusting and inedible. My wrap, although asking for crispy and triple checking at the drive thru to make sure this wouldn’t happen, was grilld chicken. But also looked like it was smashed with a hammer. We ordered through the My Macca’s app at around 12am, excited as we had been struggling to find a place that was open. That excitement was quickly quashed, we waited at the speaker for about 2 minutes until a woman finally came on, at which point we told her our order numbers and were only then told that the soft serve machine was ‘not working’. After this imposition we were met with only more disappoint: at our arrival at the next window we met, possibly the only redeeming feature, a random guy who had just ordered and had circled back around for new chips, as the chips he received and we subsequently received were cold, dry and unsalted. So we too complained of these chips, at which point a worker seemingly unbelieving our complaint, tasted a chip and said he would bring us new ones, this would not occur, and we would rather have to get out of the car and walk up to the window to receive our fresh fries, which this time while hot, we’re still unsalted and thus equally as...
