i was upset by the gentleman who served me 10.30am this morning! Even the lady behind me came up to me twice and said she was appalled at the intimidating and nasty way the gentleman making the hot drinks addressed me when I asked about the $9 coffee and muffin deal. He was blatantly rude! And with witnesses who couldn't believe the way he belittled me in front of others who was saying things like "people like you", "you don't understand", "we're really busy", and.."well i didnt swear at you". Very poor service. We ordered 3 coffees and one of muffin. when we corrected our coffee and muffin and I asked the boy who served us for a couple of spoon to share a muffin.! OMG - Muffin Break Tweed City NEVER WILL I EVER be going back there again. The service is incredibly slow and small school children were behind the counter. The girl with the glasses making the coffees was extremely rude!!! After waiting patiently for my latte I ended up with a sweet cappuccino.
