Don't get me wrong the food was great.. Service was dreadful. When the young waitress brought out my nans boiling hot green tea, she spilt it all over my nan. The waitresses immediate thought was to walk away to clean it up rather then check if my nan was ok. Not to mention the boiling hot water left her with burns on her legs and fingers, several minutes later after barley attending to my nan I had to go ask myself for some ice as my nan was clearly in pain, to make it all better they decided to refund her green tea ($4) as if it would make it all better.

Barley even an apology from any of the staff, we were shocked. We will not be returning.... Manager of this complex if you read this absolutely feel free to contact me. I have been working in the hospitality industry for several years now and never expected to see service so...

I went here for breakfast with my older son and daughter on Saturday 14th Dec. Im only giving two stars for the waitress Ella who was very attentive professional and a friendly girl otherwise Id be giving zero stars. The ordering was friendly and no trouble but after that we were extremely dis satisfied. Got our coffees quickly and my sons food came out extremely fast and different to what he ordered so he ate and finished..where my daughter and I waited over half an hour for ours. Ella who saw our waiting dilemma got things moving..next thing all of it magically appeared. She even remembered before we left our complementary coffees to take away..she "saved us from walking out in disgust" The food is of really low quality for the price. I want to give more stars to any business, but sometimes it just is what it is. The price is reasonable, the atmosphere is what you’d expect for a cafe inside a shopping mall. However, the coffee was made with distraction and not a lot of care and love. And, you can taste it. The young staff were on their phones, joking and whilst they were meeting all their tasks and I commend that they have found comradery in their workplace, it just feels that the price you pay the food and drinks aren’t worth it. I ordered the oat milk in my coffee and it tasted oily and very unappealing - it is literally undrinkable. There’s potential here, maybe some more barista training - but I will say the staff are very young, so there is room for...
