Kiama Sails Bistro has a small but amazing looking menu. By the look of the limited menu you would expect perfection in these dishes. Unfortunately both these dishes were pretty dry. The brisket burger had rings of red onion which were a bit of a surprise and lacked that meltey texture you would expect from a brisket. The side of chips were great though! The famous wings I am not sure what they are famous for. They were fried well, but lacked much flavour and were drizzled in what tasted like mayo. The pork belly skin was reasonably crispy and the meat melted in your mouth. It lacked any seasoning though apart from salt. The pork was served with a sweet potato mash/puree that was barely warm which was not really appetising and the cubes of potato needed more cooking as they were barely tender.
