I am not a great fan of shopping centre food courts, however sometimes that is the best option.
On a recent visit to Erina Fair (SO BIG - EASY TO GET LOST) my wife and I needed a quick bite heading back home a couple of hundred kilometres away.
I walked around the perimeter of the circular hall trying to judge what may be the best choice. There are quite a few asian style outlets however I noticed how fresh the vege ingredients appeared in their serving area. My tried a pad thai and I went for a stir fry. The food was produced quickly announced by the buzzer they provided.
The dishes were a little bland, however the ingredients certainly tasted very fresh and the servings were generous.

The pineapple fried rice was amazing and super interestingly presented inside a pineapple.
