MISSY THE CAT RETURNS!
Bless them, for I do not like to give bad reviews to small businesses, but Prince Bakery sold me the three worst excuses for Bahn Mi ever. And I do know Bahn Mi. I've had them fresh in Hanoi, Saigon, Da Lat, Nha Trang, Can Tho, Phu Quoc, Victoria Street (Melbourne), Cabramatta . . . the list goes on. These particular examples were in essence salad sandwich rolls overloaded with Sunday roast pork. The things that really make a Bahn Mi (pickled carrot / daikon, mayo and/or pate, proper Vietnamese meat, perhaps a little chilli on demand) were missing in action. Grafton deserves better, and I hope this otherwise charming little shop will rise to the occasion.

So generously full of authentic goodness and always served with the most beautiful smiles. Worth the 1hr 20 round trip just to tuck into one of these porky beauties. As good if not better than Brisbane and 7 days a week and always the most gorgeous service and joy and just living and working in Grafton I reckon. Love these guys...
