Donut King Charlestown Square 2052 — Restaurant in Newcastle-Maitland

Hello I'm Aimee , We have been coming to the Donut King in the food court for the past 1 year 5 months as we attend Charles town Square Medical Centre down stairs , Out of the 2 stores in the shopping centre I find this one has much better friendly service then the other store , Now when I come up to the counter the 2 young girls know what I'm having to drink ( Cold Full Cream Milk with nothing else in it ) sometimes I have a large or small milkshake cup or my own reusable cup and they only between $1.00 to $2.00 nothing , The girls are always friendly and helpful & very polite just like the Market own store and the cinnamon donuts are sooooo Yummmmy Mmm , See you again a lot more for now on when we come shopping and to see Dr Kershaw down stairs , Really Great Job Girls . I always enjoy the yummy hot cinamin Donuts from this store it's a lot better and cheaper then the former owners of store up in the food court and yours don't look like they have been hit by a semi trailer truck 😬 they actually look how they're supposed to on picture and the owner of this store is heaps more friendly and respectful and helpful towards her customers and ourselves ,

I was wondering though if you can get Dairy farmers lite white milk instore please as I don't like the skim milk ( pink lid ) it tastes watered down and weird but I will drink full cream milk when there is nothing else available ,

Otherwise I do recommend this store it gets very busy especially with the elderly customers in the morning at opening times mostly on a Thursday morning . ❤️ Thank you...

Terrible service at the downstairs store yesterday (26/4/24) @ 1:30pm. The light haired taller girl who served us was nice and polite. But the dark haired shorter girl was absolutely awful. Threw a paper bag into the cabinet in a huff, gave attitude when asking for 2 of each flavour, couldn’t crack even the slightest smile or politeness the whole time. I was so uncomfortable with this whole experience. I asked the taller girl if everything was okay and if I’d done something wrong - she replied “no it’s fine have a nice day”. Like come on. If your staff member is going to be that miserable, send them...
