Have been here more than once, and usually it's about a 10 minute wait on the food. Usually it's pretty good food but the last few times I have been I have left feeling slightly annoyed. Ordered Nacho fries today, and the experience was beyond frustrating. I had to wait over 20 minutes with 15 of those being after the app claimed my order was ready! Meanwhile, people who ordered after me were getting their food before I even got mine. To top it off, the food was stone cold, especially the mushrooms. After a disappointing first visit here, I gave Guzman a second chance the other day. To mu annoyance, the same problem persists. Unlike Zambreros, Guzman seems to load their burrito fillings horizontally instead of vertically. By this, I mean one minute your biting into only meat, then only beans, then only rice. This is just gross. Especially when they aren't exactly cheap. The filling should get stacked on top of one another combining the flavours...
