I really do adore this place. The ice cream is delicious. Some of the smoothest, creamiest and most flavourful I've ever had. They also have subtler flavours, and some really out there ones to try that come and go, in addition to their delicious regular flavours (my favourite so far has been the Chilli Chocolate. Amazing. Although today's Peanut Butter, Choc Fudge Ripple gave it a run for its money). I've never left disappointed Their rewards program gives you a free single scoop ice cream once you've filled your card. I don't think I've ever filled a loyalty card so fast in my life. Don't judge me. The food is tasty, American style, and definitely only an occasional indulgence. The kiddies love it. The ribs and wings have been a stand out so far. Back to the real star though; the ice cream. They always have dairy free/ vegan options. And they're seriously good, even if dairy free isn't your thing. If you can't decide, they'll let you try the flavours to help you make up your mind. Or you can be like me and get the tasting plate so you can have six flavours at once (great for sharing). The sundaes look amazing, and I'm sure I'll get around to ordering one eventually. Try the Belgian chocolate and the lemon sorbet. Not together... Unless that's your bag. I'm not here to judge.

Words can't describe the absolute authenticity of taste being served at Greg and Audrey's. As someone who's spent a lot of time in the States and Canada I've been longing for proper Buffalo flavoured goods, the ladies and gentlemen here provide just that, a proper feast! I can't recommend any one thing to try because it's all top notch. Ribs, Wings and endless dessert options! The best milkshake I've ever had in my entire life (Nutella Thickshake) absolutely blew my mind and when I got back to the car it put me into a mid afternoon coma. Friendly service from an all-star smiling cast of staff, air-conditioning to take the edge off the 40-degree day, clear menu, clean venue and designed to flow through both eat-in and take-out customers. Food was brought to our table quickly, even being extremely busy as it was one of very few food places open during the public holiday. 12/10 I'll try and make Toronto and Greg and Audrey's a stop during my travels every time!

Order from this place the first time since we’ve moved to the area. The menu seemed very advertising, so we ordered the ribs, wings, fries and onion rings share platter + a Philly roll + paid $10 extra for buffalo tenders. The best thing out of it was the fries even though they were like warm the onion rings were good too, everything else tasted like pre packaged stuff I could cook at home. All of it needed sauce but no option for that. Ribs were dry although you could tell they were pre packaged, wings average… buffalo wings should always come with a ranch or blue cheese sauce. Philly cheese, well it was just tasty cheese absolutely no flavour besides the soft texture. Overall wouldn’t order again. I’ll just buy my prepackaged ribs and wings cook them myself.

Had a fantastic time at Greg and Audrey’s. Unfortunately, that was the case 5 years ago, and due to a change of management, the quality of food, service and atmosphere has plummeted so far down that they’re likely going to be the next victims of a submersible implosion.

I hoped to treat my friends with a lovely experience by visiting this place, however our experience was the diametric opposite.

The wings were soaked in oil - as if they were merely standing next to the deep fryer as opposed to being actually in it. Buffalo wings did not have the signature Frank’s red hot taste, and did not come with a serve of carrots, celery and ranch.

The Philly cheesesteak was an amorphous mass of bland barely cooked beef and gloopy cheese. Worse, slimy onions and capsicum.

The hotdog, the simplest of foods, was also somehow mishandled. That said, if your idea of a hotdog is a store bought kransky sausage with a skin so tough it couldn’t be chewed through, then this is the place for you.

The service, such as it is, is on par with the food. A 20 minute wait for the above food and forgotten drinks order was cherry on top of the cake (something I wish I rather had).

I am giving an extra 1 star because we derived a lot of entertainment from the various misspellings and grammatical errors in the menu.

I sincerely implore the business owners to reassess their approach, as there is a lot of potential in this establishment (evidenced by the significant goodwill it accrued under previous management).

Edit: there was a child in a pram between the fryer and...

We usually luv G&As, go every 4-6wks. Usually can't fault it. Very disappointing visit recently though. Sunday a.noon. Owner apparently had left for the day. About 4-6 teens behind the counter ..food was terrible. Milkshake was literally warm, watery n no flavour, the iced chocolate not much better, the chips cold, 1 order was completely forgotten even though we had discussed with them while ordering the 2nd meal whether it came with chips etc..n worst of all..other than the terrible milkshake, the chicken pieces were undercooked. Pink inside n chewy from not being cooked long enough. None of this reflects how good it usually is there. Suggest maybe who they leave in charge when not there n what goes on is reviewed 🙁

Footnote update...we all went there Sunday ngt at 6.30-40pm for something to eat n ice creams. Website states close is 7.30pm. Got there n the door was closed but sign n chairs were still outside. Son knocked n eventually a kid sauntered out n said they were shut. When asked y..bc there were no customers for a while. Seriously??! I bet all mall shops n offices wish they had that luxury. Or maybe they just think it's right to do the right thing by customers n stick to times advertised. This is a couple of incidents now. We ll probably not bother any more n go to Lulus or Warners Bay from now...

I don't normally leave reviews but this was such a blow I felt I had to. This place has lost its soul. I used to love bringing my partner here for dates but after my recent visit, it feels devoid of anything that made it special. When I went in, there was no music playing and it was just stagnant air. The staff all looked like they didn't want to be there and spoke so quietly I could barely hear them. I think they're under new management as the old staff were always having fun with the job and the place was full of life, I have no idea who these guys are. Then I got my food.

The burger was saturated with bbq sauce to the point that I didn't even know it had coleslaw on it until the last few bites. I ordered a Philly cheese steak roll and there was almost no capsicum or onion and I didn't even get steak on it, it was corned beef. The Milo thickshake was bland and the wings were warm at best and a bit dry like they were thrown in a microwave.

Everything I loved about this place is gone and my favourite part of the meal was my can of Pepsi. It has made me so sad to see a place as good as Greg and Audrey's fall this low. It genuinely ruined my day as this was a place that was special for me and my partner to go on dates to, driving 40 minutes each way to get there. I won't be...
