The moment you step up to the window, you'll be greeted by the warm and friendly owner, whose good vibes and enthusiasm are absolutely contagious.

The ceviche is out of this world, with a portion size that's sure to fill you up and leave you feeling satisfied. The fish is incredibly fresh, and the tangy citrus flavors of the marinade really sing. The food truck also sells Inka Cola, a classic Peruvian soft drink that's a must-try for anyone looking to experience the authentic flavors of Peru.

La Chosita is honestly a true street food experience from Peru. We didn’t know what we wanted or even what the menu was - we just walked up and got talked into the special.

It was fantastic. We were humoured by the fact they had forgot to pack their forks for the evening but no matter, made the experience even more memorable.

The Peruvian gentleman was so welcoming and hilarious. Made the atmosphere.
