Went there as a doordash delivery driver and the person who was at the register (I think itās the owner) was pretty much rude towards me when I was asking about the delivery. Have read similar reviews about being rude. You donāt know what someone is going through and being nice is the best you can do. I wonder how a customer having some issue with the order is being treated. Lol!!!
Edit: Yes I did cut through, didn't force myself as the shop was apparently empty, to ask if the order was ready as I got the notification that the order is ready for collection a couple of minutes before. Not a queue or something. Just one person giving orders or talking to the guy and he wasn't even standing in front of the register. So I straight up went to the register(which you call 'cutting through the queue and forcing myself') and I said āhiā and thatās all. No one reminded me twice āpolitelyā to wait or talked to me. The first ever interaction was being rude. When the guy working at the back heard him shouting, he came and gave me the already packed bag which was on the table. After this incident, I couldn't continue my delivery and went home after finishing the order. I have been doing doordash for a while and havenāt received this kind of an experience from any other restaurants. Thatās the main reason I am putting up this review. Rather than replying to me and portraying me as being rude, look at similar reviews of staff being rude to different people. Spend some time teaching that guy how to interact...

Instead of providing clear directions, he abruptly told me to stand in a designated area for pickups, despite there being no signs or instructions. When it was time to hand over the order, his manner was unprofessional and disrespectful. I refused to accept the order and chose to cancel it. Itās disappointing to see such poor customer service. I believe a business should value and respect its customers, and this experience made me question why anyone would order from a place that doesn't.
Edit: The restaurant responded, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, they were defensive and condescending. While I have visited before, they didnāt mention anything about the designated area during my previous visits. Ā Ā Ā Read moreA couple of weeks ago, we experienced very average food from Lime, we had been regular customers with previous owners. I would like to give praise to the new owner Tim for the professionalism he displayed towards us. He welcomed our feedback and also gave reimbursement.
I encourage everybody not only customers of Lime but all small businesses contact the business directly and speak to the manager/ owner and inform them of your feedback so that continuous improvements can be made, rather then giving negative star ratings or reviews online or social media.
This is my opinion as I am also a small business owner....
