McDonald's Belmont — Restaurant in Newcastle-Maitland

hello my fellow fellow community members today. I’m here to share my experience at my McDonald’s. I’d like to say my experience was good about my McDonald’s but it was kind of terrible. I forgot my friend Lachlan Dobb Monopoly his chips are cold poor poor I must say the people at the back are very nice and very fulfilling with their burgers and are very good at assembly but the people at the front aren’t very good so I need all my free small frozen drink and I did order with my table number and I held up my number table number so I had to put it on my phone and hold it up and rude lady at the counter didn’t actually provide and give me express delivery. Later on as I’m doing this review, I did say the people out the front playing their phones. So that is not acceptable and you cannot do that in the real world. so that is why I’ve given from my McDonald’s a 2 to 3 star rating. As I’d like to say the people in the back were wonderful but the people at the front were not so wonderful. McDonalds has fallen dramatically in many areas,,service,quality,standards are at an all time low in many outlets and dont see it getting better or improving anytime soon. If their teenage workers cant put thr heart and sole into what they are doing and expect other people to pay for it and eat it,send them home and tell them to ask Mum n Dad for $20 and employ people that can get it right and has pride in what they do. When my local McDonalds opened the doors for the 1st time 50yr ago,my family were the 11th ones through the door. Since that day,I dont think there is any more corners left for Maccas to cut and they have fallen a long way,but so long as the $ keeps goin in the till they dont seem to care. Recently noticed they have increased the price of Cheeseburgers which have shrunk to near half the size,,lmao,,Clean your act up Maccas. My daughter and I went through the drive through last Sunday (9/7/19) at about 10:30am and our order was taken by a very rude girl. She did not listen to our order and kept interrupting and cutting us off and as a result we got the wrong food. When we drove to the next window to pay I told her to please listen and she just kept saying “Sooo where do you want the sugars?” very harshly. If she had listened, she would have known. We had to take a park to get the rest of our order (a ham and tomato toastie) and we were given a cheese and tomato toastie. We didn’t realise this until we were too far away to go back and my daughter couldn’t eat it because she’s lactose intolerant and we specifically said a ham and tomato toastie with NO cheese but she obviously didn’t listen. I don’t know whether this girl was having or bad day or what but if you can’t be polite you should not work in...
