Q & Co — Restaurant in Newcastle-Maitland

We randomly walked in this place while on our way towards newcastle. We were visiting the caves beaches resort for our anniversary and was looking for somewhere to go for brunch. One of the reason we picked this place was because my name starts with Q as well. We were very pleasantly surprised with the menu. And then when the food came out with the way it looked. And ultimately when we took our first bite. I ordered the Nutella filled French toast and it was simply amazing. A healthy serving with a big scoop of ice cream, strawberries and maple syrup. It was heavenly and I don't care for desert too much. My wife got the chicken burger. It came with two wings as well. She wanted it spicy so they put some of their chilli jam in it which made it even better. We were both very happy, full and satisfied. We left with two cruffins which were also great. Wish this place was closer to Sydney....

Located on this lazy, relaxed cove with a hint of LA boulevard is a relaxed and chilled cafe, the fresh air and water make for a really nice morning or afternoon eating experience. The meal i had was the zucchini fritters and a juice . Those fritters came with poached eggs and a labne/ beetroot dip and topped with garden salad and smoked salmon, the level of care in the food really came through as all the elements on the plate made for a delicious meal and definetly the reason i will visit again, a little disappointed the juice was not in house made but they have done their research and found a product that delivers a quality produce so still worth...

Went to this lovely cafe on Sunday for breakfast. The atmosphere was relaxing and it felt very open and airy on a humid morning as the windows open at the front and you have a lovely view of the lake. Service was fantastic. It was an easy process to split meals onto different plates and drinks in two for the kids. They were more than accommodating and I don't think anything would be too much trouble for them. The Acai bowl was very refreshing and the coffee was great. Good selection...
