Stayed locally & ate here on the recommendation of a friend, but was left bitterly disappointed. We waited longer to be served than we did for our food, which sounds like a good thing but that’s only because all of our food was delivered cold & undercooked. Bacon and eggs should be simple enough, but not a single thing about it was satisfying. The white bread toast was not really toasted and we had to ask for butter as none was provided for one of the meals, however the bread was too soft to even butter properly. The bacon & eggs were cold and not made how they were ordered (asked for over easy eggs but the girl taking the order didn’t even listen to that & just said “so fried?”), and all of it was just slapped on a plate with a few green leaves. We watched all other tables get a check in but we were not revisited until someone walked over and picked up the full plate of food on our table without asking if we were done first, and when he finally asked and was told that the meal was disappointing he just said he would pass the feedback on to a manager but nothing else was done. We paid $80 for 2 people - no compensation was given or offered, and the only thing that was said was “sorry about your experience but next time come back & try the waffles or (some kind of martini)”. For a start, why are you suggesting alcohol at breakfast to people who weren’t drinking, but also, being charged full price for meals that weren’t even finished without any attempt to address it or ask if there was any way the experience could have been improved is absolutely ridiculous. Place is very elegant, well located and clean, however very noisy! You can barely hear yourself talk with so many sound bouncing materials used in the design. Food was good, big sizes serving and flavours were enjoyable. Service appalling. The green eyes long hair girl that was in charge of our table was unwelcoming, brought dishes at different times and then completely dismissed our table after she served the main courses, even though the place was not full and we tried to make eye contact with her (and once even talk to her when she was passing beside us) she would just completely ignore us and kept on walking. Deserts were brought in the middle of a dirty table that the same girl never finished clearing so we had to do it ourselves and put the dirty dishes and coffee cups on another table nearby. Since our waitress was impossible to catch we asked for more water to another girl that was nearby, she said “of course” but she never brought it until we reminded her again at the end of our meal. The place has a lot of potencial but the experience and service was not as enjoyable as we thought it would be....

The cashier's customer service was terrible. We’ve been waiting for 4 choices of take aways for 40 minutes, then approached to the cashier asking how long we could expect to get the take away. She just said it’s the same amount of time for everyone and she’s not sure how long it will be. You could cancel it if you don’t want to wait anymore. Maybe about 10 more minutes (without checking with the kitchen). That’s a careless response I have ever heard about it after such a long wait. We waited for another 10 minutes, then checked with her again to find out the waiting time and told her that if she can’t get the waiting time, we wanted to cancel orders as we were starving after waiting 50 minutes. Then she went to the kitchen, 5 minutes later she brought 3 of the 4 takeaways. We waited another 5 minutes for the 4th takeaway. 1 hour of waiting time for 4 boxes of food + careless customer service + standing with hunger. Although food was nice, we will not be coming back.
