Absolutely disgusting. We got into the drive thru before anyone else and waited there and nobody greeted us, other people drive in to the next lane at the speaker and got served straight away as we are still waiting there we still didn't get greeted, so we drive up to the window and the lady opened up the window so rudely and ask what do you want!! Well this has made me furious!!! We ordered our food get to next window only to realise 4 employees wearing headsets and nobody decided to even serve us at the speaker while we are waiting there. One female employee stared at us so rudely and the look we got given was disgraceful. She handed us our food and said "cya"!!! I'm sorry but I work in customer service and if I ever spoke to or treated one of my customers the way they did, I would have either gotten a written warning and serious talking to or even fired!!!!

As of yesterday, I had officially blown my lid. Came in about lunch time yesterday to only order a Big Mac Meal (it usually only takes about two or three minutes after ordering food) and ended up waiting about 10 minutes for it. They were clearly understaffed. And yet, I saw a manager standing next to the cafe doing who knows what. Just standing there... instead of, you know, HELPING MAKING MY FOOD MAYBE? Upon receiving my order, the other manager that served me gave me a very condescending look. Yeah sorry for having to wait for so long at your FAST food restaurant buddy. And this was just yesterday! When you pay for anything (at least with heritage) it is down as pending for a few hours or so but she doesn’t believe that even when I showed her that it is pending. And after being told by the other worker that I didn’t have my card on me to pay again she asked me for my card three times because she can evidently not hear anything anyone has to say, even her coworkers.
