Couldn't wait to get to Southbound Cafe ☕️☕️ for brunch. Such a full plate of beautiful food..Never been so full, and 2 coffees each later.. still the best in town. Fantastic service, and very friendly staff, even let me in a little before opening so I could grab a coffee and babyccino for my 2 year old. (Well the coffee was for me…) Babyccino comes in the standard babyccino sized cup, mostly froth with a dusting of chocolate and they asked my son what marshmallow colour he wanted which was a nice touch. I had a small latte, it’s alright but I’ve had better from the region. I’ve heard very good things about the food here so will have to come back and try.

It looks like a diner with the nice white-black checkered floor, the red chairs and the turquoise walls. The breakfast was extremely delicious, perfect poached eggs, a thick slice of toast, wonderful hashbrownie and so on. I liked it very much. As a drink I had a milk shake in a stylish cool metal mug. I absolutely recommend to check this diner out when you are ariund Normanville.

This cafe is an absolute gem! The food was exceptional, and it came out quickly. I had the veggie burger with hot chippies, and the burger was to die for! Such delicious flavours and beautifully presented. We also got a croissant and some homemade treats from the front counter which were amazing and fresh and unique! We had hot delicious coffees and extra yummy smoothies. The service was top-notch, and the staff so friendly and up for a chat which was lovely and inviting! The cafe is laid back, and even if you're not on holiday, you feel like you are. It's a beautiful relaxed area close to the beach which is such a beautiful short drive from Adelaide, so it's a great day trip to get away from the city. A must visit for anyone after delicious coffee and food. Can't wait to...

Disappointed with this new business venture, walking in is a big let down. I read previous reviews and yes, the food looks good, we went in for coffee only. Small counter and unlit display fridge, with scribbled names of items. Display of cakes - boring. Needs some wow factor, bottom shelf full of cold drinks, what a waste of space . Menu- this is a book of already ruffed pages, at least 8pages, it’s an essay. $30 for a full breakfast, no coffee included. A3 doubled sided, menu’s that can be wiped - suggestion. Such a great venue, heaps of space, has so much potential . Staff are new and still in training, understandable when taking...
