Horrible service. Lady behind the counter was rude. Did not do her part of smiling and using her manners when talking to a client. No costumer service at all. Products looked old, have been there for days. Nothing like the photos posted on Google. Birthday cake looked old. Interior poorly designed and messy. We stayed outside, looking out at cars and a busy road. Take your money elsewhere. Just noticed bad comment about the lady's poor costumer service. Get rid of her there. There are amazing people out there looking for a job. And if she is the owner...the business looks like it's dying anyway as she is making zero efforts to make customers welcome. Won't come back,...

Used to go regularly elsewhere to a few locations around Nightcliff, coconut Grove area. Haven been back since finding this place. The coffee is better here and my order has been right every time.

The atmosphere is quiet. Low key, relaxed and good staff. No hippy, groovy, woke vibes needed. Great selection of sweets and a few savoury hot breakfast pastries when you miss breakfast.
