Myself and my friend were very excited to visit DNK for their famous cake milkshakes. Although the delicious cake milkshakes were on the slightly expensive side, my friend and I went there a few days prior and saw that they were worth it. The expectation was high after seeing seeing this milkshake and we ordered it for that reason. However my Friend and I visited DNK on Friday the 26th of March and did not receive what we saw. Unfortunately, when we ordered it the service was not so great. It was not even close to the milkshake we expected, and was only informed after it was brought to the table that is was missing majority of the listed ingredients. I can tell you this was not worth the $20.00 I paid. The milkshake was missing everything that I was told that it came with, other then the main Maxi-Bon itself. The trainee also told us they completely improvised with what they had. At the end of it, the milkshake tasted overpowering and undrinkable. It was also brought out to us without any straws. I took a photo before we even touched it, and we were very disappointed with the outcome. I'm not the one to make a scene and return it, as they clearly didn't know what they were doing. There service is disgusting i placed an online order through their website, hadnt gotten any notification after 35 minutes of opacing the order so i called the restaurant to find out how long its going to be and this is what the chick said " yes so i see your here youve hit the 35 minute mark out of a 75 minute wait" I hadnt revcieved a notification for anything and she said "you wouldve gotten a notification about it" Thays when i replied with i havent gotten a notification for anything was her response "Well i cant do anything about that"

How disgusting they need staff with managers!

Update i waited 2 and a half hours for my dinner and it came cold! The "assistant manager" saod pit a photo on face book and thats all she can do.

Alright so! mac and cheese and cheesy fries had the exact same taste (which wasnt good) The cheese on top was pretty bad mixed with too much flour in result to lose all the cheesy taste, i wouldnt even call it cheese! Thats 1. 2 the brisket was cold and dry i believe it was microwaved! 3 the cheese on the patty (in all burgers) wasnt even melted... i dont know how you guys accomplished that! i could seperate the cheese from the burger like ice from water! So that means even the burgers were cold.. my mate ordered the just cheesy something like that! so from what i saw on instagram when i hear just cheese i expect cheese to drip from everywhere!
