I regret to say that my experience with Mrs Fields at the Gateway Shopping Centre was extremely disappointing. This establishment is a complete disaster, and the level of service leaves much to be desired. The person responsible for running this place is truly a disgrace to the franchise, as they behaved in a rude and disrespectful manner. I would advise anyone considering this location to stay far away, especially if you have ever suffered from an eating disorder. During my visit, I was shocked and appalled to be confronted by the manager regarding my food choices. For some inexplicable reason, they believed that the pie I was sharing with someone else was not an adequate amount of food we needed to purchase more. Rather than offering helpful suggestions or simply minding their own business, the manager was aggressive and confrontational. It was an incredibly uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. In my opinion, anyone who behaves in such a manner has no business being in a position of authority, particularly in a food-related industry. It's clear that this establishment is plagued by dysfunction and a complete lack of professionalism. If you value your time, money, and well-being, I urge you to avoid Mrs Fields at Gateway Shopping Centre at all costs.

Good little Cafe with delicious biscuits! I enjoyed a 3 cheese and spinach pastry too! Service staff were friendly although service a little slow. Tables and chairs are available. Wheelchair ♿ accessible. Located opposite the Woolworths supermarket.

Nice coffee shop near Woolies. Large choice of fattening cakes and pastries. Coffee is good and service is good. Delicious muffins.

Had a really unpleasant experience yesterday (03 rd April 2024) due to one of your worker’s (short hair lady) rude behaviour. I was there with my mom and my little one in the pram, and my mom went there to sit on one of the chairs front to that shop, as she got really bad pain in her legs, actually we didnt realised those seats belongs to this shop, and thought it was a common area that anyone can sit. And we also had some snacks from another shop and I thought we can eat it while sitting there. All of sudden, this lady from the counter started to scream and yelling us to leave the seats moving her hands here and there in a very rude manner, just because we didnt buy anything from there store. We were really shocked as everyone nearby looking at us and was a really embarrassing situation.

It could be our mistake that we didnt realised those seats belongs to the shop, but her behaviour towards us was completely unacceptable. She could have asked us to leave those seats in a polite manner. But instead she was screaming in very arrogant manner. Anyone witness this insident can understand how mannerless this customer service lady is.

If the owner of the store reading this review, you better give this woman a training on how to talk to people regardles if they buy something from your...

Had been to Gateway today with my little one and had food bought from the opposite store. She wanted to sit somewhere to finish her food. It was my fault, I did not check their seating policy and sat on one of their tables. A lady came charging right afterwards telling me this is not a food court, I need to leave right away with my food. I asked whether I could buy a coffee or something else from them but instantly she became ruder and said even if I order food from them we cannot eat the foods we had with us. One should have seen her facial gesture when she was talking to me!

I understand you have a policy of no outside food, but what sort of behaviour is this? I don’t know if you are owner or an employee but your manner of talking to people is horrible! Good luck with your business with that attitude and behaviour! Learn basic manner before you open a business to serve...
