Flynns Palmerston — Restaurant in Northern Territory

Our experience here was below average. We booked a table prior to arrival. Arrived to venue as per normal asked at the bar for our table, we were allocated our table number, ordered our food, half way through our meal, we had a lady come to our table with a hoodie, blonde hair, half up half down hair style, didn't look one bit professional or looked like she worked there.She then asked us in a very snaky way while heavily breathing, if we had the right table, repeated are you sure 3x , when we said yes we were given this table. We then had to move to another table due to the venue mix up. We asked for her name Barbie, I feel like it was a false name. We will not be returning to this venue and will be telling our family and friends about the poor service and very average food. If I could give negative stars I would. Very disappointed! Went here on a Thursday night. Blonde manager behind the bar was extremely rude. Happy hour was between 4pm-8pm for $10 cocktails which are usually $17 each, however when we went to the bar and waited for the cocktails it just clicked over past 8pm as there was a girl behind the bar who was just learning and very slow. When questioning the manager telling her we ordered over 10 minutes ago she smirked at us and said "oh well the price has changed over, I can't do anything" I find this extremely poor service. We have been a few times to flynns and found the food average. Usually the service is really good, but the dealing with this manager has left a sour taste in my mouth and I won't be returning nor recommending this place to anyone I know...

Great place if you are already in Palmerston. A more child friendly atmosphere compared to Landmark. Plenty of carpark. The food is 4/5 entertainment 5/5, great service. Almost all food served here are pretty good. The only bad reviews would be the garlic prawn and rice and fish n chips (basically the seafood). Depending on when you come, the chips can be oily and cooked in dirty oil, maybe towards the end of the meal time when they already cooked so much chips. The steak doneness is perfect, the steak can be tough but really good value on Monday night where you get $30 for 2 steak. The $15 lunch is also...
