The Coffee Club Oasis — Restaurant in Northern Territory

I have been to many coffee clubs across Australia and this one is by far the worst. I've been here multiple times and everytime without fail my order has come out wrong and unsatisfactory and everytime I tell myself this is the last time I come here. 2 stars for location convenience otherwise would of just given 1.

For example; Palmerston coffee club is the only coffee club I have been to that have not allowed me to exchange stuff in my order for other stuff for example chipolatas or bacon or sausages for salmon or swap hash browns for extra mushroom or tomato instead they charge me for the salmon and mushroom or tomato on top of the order.

Many times I have sat there and watched my order sit there on the kitchen counter for over 10mins waiting for a waiter to pick it and drop it on my table.

one time I ordered vege big breakfast with spinach and literally only got 5 pieces of spinach I complained about the lack of vegetables on my plate (I did order a vege big breakfast why would you even call it BIG BREAKFAST if there isn't even enough spinach to feed a rabbit) and was rudely told by a chef with attitude that's how much we normally put instead of helping the situation and adding more raw spinach without making me feel bad for something I paid for and didn't get instead I was made to feel like I was begging mind you the order was over $120. Gordon Ramsay would of been fuming.

A few times I have ordered smashed avo on my vege big breakfast and got a sliced avo instead.

Many times I have walked in and there no tables to sit on and the only tables available have not even been cleaned

This place needs better management both at the front of house for communication and general etiquette and the kitchen maybe the chef she needs help more love has to be put...

Arrived at the Coffee Club Oasis at 12:30pm for lunch and found that they had closed half the cafe for "cleaning". As there were no tables available, I sat within the area that was closed. I was approached by a rude staff member scolding me because I wasn't allowed to sit there. I advised there were no tables available out the front and queried why they would close half the cafe during lunchtime. She told me they close that section of the cafe before lunch on the weekend so they don't have to clean that section later and so they "don't have to keep cleaning up after customers". I was told that she would "allow" me to sit there this one time but warned not to sit there in the future when they close off that section. We were quite upset at her rudeness that we decided to leave. Best choice because we had a wonderful lunch and fabulous service at Coffee...

Paid by cash.. “We’ll give you the change when the registers decide to work.” So we waited more than half an hour for two ham, cheese and tomato toasties to be made. While everyone else that ordered after me got their food no worries, still no toasties. “Computer is down.” Okay, so happens to be working when everyone else ordered. In the end, we got up and ask for our money back. The woman tries to give us our change instead of our $50 note. And the other woman tells the chef “don’t worry about making toasties.” Okay.. our order must been forgotten then? First time dining and definitely the last time....
