Hands down the worst Red Rooster in the country! Went there wanted to try their new Fried Chicken range. Went through the drive thru. I saw the line was long and shouldve pulled out right there, but decided to keep going. I get to order, and was informed they cannot do Fried chicken. Those were the exact words. Now Im stuck in this line and normally Id bail and just go somewhere else but I decide to stay and order something else. I ordered wings and tenders. As I went to pay I was only charged for tenders. They forgot the wings. So i ordered the wings again and paid again! Bit now I realize they charged me for the tenders twice! Now they asked me to park as there is going to be a wait on the tenders! So i park, and walked into the shop. They refund the overcharge, and I wait for my order. This whole wait took 45minutes! The cars outside have now doubled! People in the shop have now doubled as well! And the staff act like nothing is happening. Seriously, management should not leave their businesses in the hands of young kids. There should be at least a manager there who is experienced and mature enough to understand situations like these and have a sense of urgency when needed. But I get no apology, no customer service, not a care in the world if theyre losing a customer. Parents, dont let your kids work in places like these where they dont teach your kids the value of pride in your job. Theyll pick up bad habits that they can carry for the rest of their working life. Read moreAs a repeat customer I was extremely shocked with the rude customer service tonight at this store. I ordered $60+ worth of food in drive through and 1 of those meals was a Tropicana Pack. At the window the server proceeded to go through my order and I corrected her as I ordered chicken tenders but she said that I had nuggets in my order, she pressed a few buttons on the screen and assumed that she corrected my order. I paid for the meals and I didnt have to wait too long for my food. I collected my bag and proceeded to their carpark to check my meal and found that I was missing my Tropicana pack. I tried to go through the door but it was locked and no was at the counter, knocked on the door and was greeted with a not so happy looking staff member who said "yes?" I explained that I was missing my Tropicana pack and I got a reply of " we dont have any chicken, didnt they tell you when you ordered?" I replied no I was not made aware of this but I was still charged for it. She then repeat we dont have any chicken then I was rudely ushered in and have the door locked behind me with 2 customers trying to pick up food left to wait outside. She then informs the crew at the back about the said Tropicana pack and another staff member goes off!! Acting very aggressive and shouts right we need a Tropicana pack. Read moreNot impressed at all. At least once a month we get a family roast deal the only criticism of that was when the roast potatoes suddenly became potatoes with skin on chucked in with veg. Still a good meal and reasonably priced. Get in drive through queue request family roast (have been getting it here for over 12 months) to be told by some 12 year old he didn't know what we were talking about. Tried to offer some weird meal with chips, NEWSFLASH, roast dinners aren't served with chips. As queue was lengthy behind us we quickly scrambled around trying to order everything separately so we could have roast dinner. Result - 1 chicken, 1 container only of the mushiest veg, who knows how long they'd been sitting there. Gravy no peas as requested but corn on cob which had obviously been sitting in water as it was dripping out of it and no drink at a more expensive cost. Please explain why it is suddenly not available there as its still on the online red rooster menu. Plenty of competition around so won't be returning. Also try having at least 1 mature age staff member on duty at all times instead of teenagers who quite frankly need attitude adjustments or are on the wrong...
