Dear KFC Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent order on Easter lunch, placed with your establishment. As a long-time patron of KFC, I expected a certain level of quality and professionalism, which unfortunately was not met on this occasion. On Easter Sunday, I placed an order totaling $110, intending to provide a satisfying meal for a group of children present at our gathering. However, upon receiving the order, it became evident that a significant error had occurred. The order was supposed to include 12 Chicken Nuggets, yet only 4 were provided. This oversight greatly impacted our meal and left us dissatisfied. Upon contacting the manager to address the issue, I was met with a dismissive attitude and excuses, citing "human error" and the training process of the staff. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the manner in which the situation was handled was unacceptable. As someone with 47 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I know the importance of accountability and rectifying mistakes promptly and courteously. It is evident to me that the manager on duty lacked the necessary skills and attitude to effectively manage the situation. His unwillingness to take responsibility and resolve the issue reflects poorly on the overall management of this KFC location. Therefore, I request a full refund of the amount paid for the incomplete order. Additionally, I urge you to address this matter internally to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. This complaint will not only be shared through Google Reviews but will also be forwarded to the head office for further consideration. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address my concerns and restore my confidence in KFC as a reliable and customer-focused...
Read moreMeals were bought at this store & every single meal was missing something. When we realised, which was unfortunately once we were home, I rang them a number of times to try & speak to somebody about it before having to drive back up to the store. Once my husband arrived back at the store, & mentioned very politely what the issues were, the 'manager' had the audacity to tell my husband that she packed these meals herself & knew that they were packed correctly. If they were packed correctly, we would not have wasted our time driving back there. How dare you run a business & accuse your customers of lying, when you, yourself did not pack any of those meals that we ordered.
On top of that, inside the store is disgustingly filthy, & it is no wonder so many people comment on getting sick from there. Instead of standing around trying to make your customers feel like they have done wrong by you, how about possibly being useful & cleaning the restaurant so it is actually clean & respectful. You should be ashamed of the way you treat your customers, & clearly by your other reviews, we're not the first people to...
Read moreI'm making this post because it doesn't seem like anyone else has mentioned this.
Last month and this month it always seems to be everytime I order there's always things unavailable. On the three accounts I can remember of trying to place an order, tenders have always been unavailable (which also means no wraps), original chicken, and this recent one no tenders, original and hot and spicy chicken.
If this is a consistent issue that is ongoing even when I'm not trying order it seems to be a big issue that needs to be looked into, or it's just a coincidence that everytime I go I'm just SHT out of luck! 🤣
Regardless hope this helps in some way or form and to the people to maybe avoid after 8pm and getting stuck in the drive thru when you can't get out of it when they don't have...
