Stuart Park Maccas has extended breakfast until 11:30 and I ordered 2 sausage and egg McMuffins at about 11:10 on the app. I wasnât trying to get around the system but I had to pick my girlfriend up before picking up the food and figured the app would notify us of any order changes. We get there just after end of breakfast menu and select drive through and the app has no problems, we get to the speaker box and no problems, we get to the first window and no problems, then when we finally get to the second window to pick up the McMuffins the lady tells us that we canât have them because itâs past the cut off and offers us a cheeseburger instead (a cheaper item on the menu) I said no but there was apparently no way it could be honoured as if McMuffins just magically vanish after 11:30. We said weâd be okay with quarter pounders because we thought that would be closer in value to our order, turns out 95c more expensive when checking back at home. After having to get a manager who just said to do it we were given two quarter pounders.    Read moreThe customer service in McDonaldâs at Stuart park is really miserable. I am a regular customer of mac and haven't experience any insultaion before . I went to McDonaldâs last Tuesday and ordered some food via drive through. When I was about to pick a food, i requested a duty manager(vidha) for extra carry bag and all of the sudden she looks quite angry for just for providing us one more bag. She gave us a small bag. Then we requested her to provide a big bag if she had any. All of the sudden, she began to argue with me just for a bag. Is this a good customer service? We are the customer. Why is she being lazy just to provide a bag? McDonaldâs is my best place for fast food; however, due to this sort of rude staff, i feel really bad to go there and have a food. I asked her name; but, she told me that she is a duty manager of a store. So is it appropriate way to deal with customer? She is a manager and she is supposed to lead her team member. If the duty manager is so rude then what can we expect from other member. Today it happened to me and In the future may other people experince the same issue. So, I take my time to write this review. Mostly younger staff so your experience there may be a reflection of their training. Prices vary, sometimes having short run specials. Be cautious of late night ventures there on weekends as it is also a favourite after the Mitchell St strip shuts around 3 am. Proof of this notoriety can be Goggled. The basic error that even local guides did not see ? ( shame on you lot ) Well I do have an advantage as I used to live in King St across the way. The Error is in the ADDRESS, note people it is not 21-29, ( you can however find a good selection of quality Gmh products, parts & services at the address next door however) The Correct Address is 31!, yes 31 Stuart Highway, Stuart Park.
