The Tom Yum was not hot and spicy rather it was very bland and only 2 small prawns and packed with lots of Noodles It really tasted like on of those 2 min noodle supermarket soups Stay well clear of this place as it is sub standard and the spring rolls tasted bland also had no lettuce leave wrap, Vietnamese mint and proper dipping sauce I don’t mind paying the high price they charged me if the food is good. Unfortunately I left unsatisfied and robbed of my money, they also did not apologise when I said I couldn’t eat it. I will go to a Thai place for Tom Yum in future. On the positive did enjoy the beer a Singha that was cold , they couldn’t Stuff that up I guess. Below Par.

Good food not over priced, good atmosphere quirky settings. Walking distance to CBD hotels. The service was slow and off sequence but this could be be due to eating styles. May be the waiter assumed that we would share, but we ordered individual meals, so I received my meal, ate it and my friends waited and received theirs later. So mention u want the meals at the same time. Food was very tasty. Kangkong slightly salty but not sickening salty. Duck was enough for two and again good flavours and the crying beef did not make anyone cry but the corianda sauce was yum. I wanted to try the crab but at $60 I will pass. A good place to try.

I have been here a couple of times, and they reminded me why I shouldn’t be there every time. Now I understand the current staffing issues. There might be unavoidable delays in serving food; however, the waiting time was unacceptable. In my two latest visits, I had to wait 1 hour just for a simple order of 2 bowls of bamboo duck noodle soup, then the next time, we waited for 30 minutes for just a pho and a noodle soup. The food was alright but definitely not worth that wait. Will never be back again.

such a bad experience tonight. we order from here often and we mostly get the same thing every time. the duck had no flavour what so ever and the salt and pepper squid was absolutely disgusting. they usually make both dishes fairly well but tonight was just dreadful, so much so that I had to return the $28 beer batter like squid. my partner is a chef so we know what we're talking about. the salt and pepper squid we usually order looks exactly like the one pictured on their menu, it's usually light and crispy made from light flours such as semolina, cornmeal or rice flour which gives it that light batter that's unique to salt n pepper squid. anyway, tonights batter was extremely heavy like it was made from plain flour and water mixed with a heap of black pepper thick and undercooked we were not prepared to pay the ridiculous $28 for fish battered squid! it would of been okay of they just owned their mistake and refunded our money but instead they insisted it was a matter of taste and preference and nothing to do with them insisting that its the same recipe they've always used. even after showing them how completely different their menu picture is compared to what was in front of us they still insisted on gaslighting us. its like going to a fish and chip shop and them insisting that you have a crumb fish when you're clearly looking at a beer batter fish. we will never be back because of this. own your mistake instead of switching the blame that's all. we graciously kept the rice and duck and only returned the...

My experience at this restaurant was thoroughly disappointing, both in terms of the food and the service. I had my heart set on trying the bamboo shoot duck noodle, but unfortunately, the server who took my order couldn't even explain what the bamboo was in the menu. After a considerable wait, they served me a chicken laksa instead, which I found perplexing, but I assumed they had made an honest mistake. However, what truly astonished me was when the waitress, without even asking or confirming, tried to pass off the laksa I had already eaten to another table who ordered the chicken laksa. Fortunately, I intervened just in time to avoid any mishap. They also tried to ask me to take the wrong chicken laksa instead, which I refused.

But the problems didn't end there. After waiting for an additional 15 minutes, I finally received my duck noodle, only to discover that it was served with thin rice noodles instead of the flat rice noodles shown in the menu photo. I have a strong aversion to thin rice noodles, and this further contributed to my dissatisfaction with the meal.

All in all, the miscommunication and mix-up with the orders, as well as the disappointing quality of the food, led to a disappointing...

Came in and nobody shows us the seat. After they have cleared the table, they did not wipe it and table is still wet. After sitting down for 10minutes, nobody gave us menu so I had to ask for it. No table water given after being asked twice. Waited 20minutes just to get table water. Our food was served after an hour of waiting. Even then, the fried prawn noodle is one of the worst that I have ever had. No taste at all with slight hint of oyster sauce. When I told that to the guy front staff, he brought the food back to the kitchen but came back again with the same food and said that's just how they cook it here. And told me to add siracha sauce if it's tasteless. So they just cook bland hard noodles here. This is my first time ordering anything apart from their pho. Will not come back anymore unless for the pho. Bad service. So...
