Not professional at all. I had relax massage which did NOT mean that the therapist could simply rub the oil on my back without putting ANY pressure on the pressure points. The therapist went out to pick up a call during the session. Most of the time she was just rubbing to apply the oil on my back. With constant reminders, she did a few masage strokes and a few seconds later, was rubbing again. I don't feel my back and shoulder pain was cured. Booked it only bcoz the place i usually go to was fully booked today. DEF IT'S JUST A ONE TIME PLACE....
