I have very mixed feelings about this place. I really enjoy the food no problem there & my son will only eat their Sushi but it’s very inconvenient. It’s in the middle of the mall so if you just want takeaway it’s a real pain to park unlike options in the food court. Also when their busy you can be waiting a long time to get served. I have a physical disability so when I’m not up to the effort of getting there I “try” to get through Uber Eats but often it’s closed on the app when it’s physically open. And the online menu changes all the time 🤷♀️ With regular things disappearing. Also favourites are constantly sold out early in the day. When I do order through Uber Eats they rarely get the order right. I always ask for utensils & have cut up but only get this 50% of the time. Ordered 4 rolls for myself and my wife and were looking forward to consuming them, when in the process of trying to put the soy sauce packets in our container (where there is no flat surface to do this) our food toppled off the counter onto the floor. I will say it was most definitely my fault trying to balance my purchased food there, but the person who took our money for our now worthless rolls just stood there watching. No offer to help clean up, no offer of getting another box of rolls, nothing. Traditionally if something like this happens seconds after purchasing food from a store the store offers to replace the items for free or at a discount. Read moreI work in the centre and sushi hub is normally where I get lunch from almost everyday. Amazing food and service. Today however, I was served by a staff member who skipped me in the line- customer behind pointed to me and advised staff that I was here first. I did not mind at all until staff shouted at both of us that “it doesn’t matter!” I tried to order two boxes for myself and family at home but was not able to order properly as staff was rushing me and rolled her eyes constantly.
