Outstanding Service at Carl’s Jr: A Shoutout to Tyler
Tonight’s visit to Carl’s Jr. was more than just a routine stop for a bite to eat—it was a reminder of how great customer service can elevate an everyday experience into something genuinely memorable. At the heart of it all was Tyler, whose attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression.
From the moment I walked in, Tyler set the tone for excellent service. He greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that instantly made me feel welcome. He handled my order with care, double-checking every detail to ensure accuracy. It was clear he took pride in his work and genuinely cared about getting things right, which is rare and deeply appreciated.
What truly stood out was Tyler’s attitude. He was efficient without being rushed, and courteous without seeming scripted. Even when the restaurant started to get busy, he maintained a calm, collected presence and made sure everyone felt attended to. When my food was ready, he went the extra mile by personally making sure everything looked fresh and was neatly packed—something that speaks volumes about his attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Tyler’s service transformed a simple fast food run into a standout experience. In a world where good service often goes unnoticed, Tyler deserves recognition for doing his job not just well, but exceptionally. Carl’s Jr. is lucky to have him on the team.

Read moreNice to see some new food options in Nowra. Great variety of burgers to choose from too.The staff are wonderful. I went on the first day and the queue was long. Everyone did their best, for sure. I ordered the Hawaiian Angus burger but the pineapple and meat patty were only warm, rather than hot, so I gave it another go yesterday and it was similar, but the chips were way too salty. I had to wipe all the salt off which meant everything went cold I will try something else during the week and see what happens. Maybe some tweaks are needed, otherwise its really good to have a gourmet burger place to go to. EDIT: Have ordered 4 burgers since the opening - the first 2 were almost cold, the third was a mix up with the order and also cold, and the 4th one was also almost cold. I skip the fries now as they were pretty tasteless and way too salty. The patties, being so lukewarm, could give people food poisoning as meat has to be heated to a certain temperature. The tomatoes and lettuce are probably kept too cold, which is also contributing. Management needs to look at this seriously. I have reduced the stars to 3 now. Its something that can be fixed. The burger combos are fantastic but are being let down by poor...
Read moreOnce again I was fooled by the perfect picture of a Western Chicken Burger on the menu then deceived by its actual size. The Western Bacon Cheeseburger was of decent size and was of decent quality.. but the Chicken burger fits entirely in the palm of your hand.. This was more of a snack than a Burger. The So called Hand Scooped Shake.. was also a let down. It was literally Cocoa powder with whipped cream on top of it It had next to no chocolate flavoring in it... The Staff whilst friendly... Were not very co-ordinated and their work flow seemed to be very disorganised. Whilst I was there two drive through orders were returned for Items missing and incorrect orders. All the Staff seemed to be too young and too inexperienced to work effectively as a team. The Store was dimly lit and not very well organised. The drink fountain location was in a tiny hideaway and not much room around it. This had more to do with the size of the store than the actual fault of the store itself. It would benefit from being in a larger store than a bolt on to a Seven 11. So the size of the Chicken burger and the taste of the Shake let down .. Upside was the Chips were good. Hence the 3 stars...
