Two young people working, terrible customer service - did not greet upon entering, nor asked why we wanted to order, process initiated by customer. Weren’t able to tell us the price of a regular salad, asked for extra cheese and received less than the standard serving. The staff had, who assuming, were their friends come into the store loitering and making customers uncomfortable, whilst also joking with the staff and distracting them. Very inappropriate. Young man did not ask if sauce or any other condiments were wanted. I DO NOT WANT TO LEAVE ANY STARS BUT I HAVE TO LEAVE AT LEAST ONE… customer service needs to be checked it is absolutely disgusting they have a big door chime on the door and still make you wait 10 mins before someone comes out and ask what u want I asked for it extra toasted because they never toast it anymore and still couldn’t even do that… maybe take into consideration that’s you are not the only ones who work !
